Eye exercises can enhance your eyesight with ease

A few {}vision|eyesighteyesight “gurus” claim that by wearing specs, you impair your eye muscles and corrupt your eyesightvision|eyesight{}. Hence, they concluded, you have to do eye exercises to “strengthen” them.
However is that correct?
Think about it. What are the bad vision habits that cause your vision to corrupt from the beginning? Staring and squinting in the dim situation causes your eye muscles to strain and tighten… if anything causes vision deterioration, it’s not “sluggish eye muscles”, it’s strain!
The term “eye exercises” are very much deceiving. They are actually, more like “breathing exercises”. Eye exercises unwind your eye muscles, not strengthen them! They do that by practising appropriate vision habits and when you do them frequently, you will subconsciously obtain the concepts behind them.
When you once again grasped appropriate vision habits, your eyes will naturally see clearly again. Glasses are bad not because it “cripple” your eye muscles… they are bad because they did not let your eye muscles to unwind!
Just like your other senses, vision should be effortless. You do not find yourself “trying” to hear, touch, smell or taste. Even if you intend to do so, you couldn’t. That is the goal you are aiming for: effortless vision! And it could only be achieved if you eliminate your specs and do eye relaxation exercises. Naturally, always make sure you use your specs whenever you undertake hazardous activities like driving or crossing the road!
Having said that, you should also consider how not using spectacles will influence your vision habit. Will it make you strain even more? If so, you should consider buying spectacles with 2 to 3 degrees lower than your prescription for vision improvement. This will allow you to see acceptably clear but at the same time allows room for improvement.
