From day to day you’ll remain durable and fit, using these exercises . An important part to enhance your level of fitness, is following your thirty minute routine with a cardio activity. Your body can have decent toning and fitness by doing the thirty minute workout as little as three times a week.
To do Arm and Leg Lifts
By doing this exercise, your back, butt, and shoulders are strengthened. While face down on the floor, extend the arms and the legs. Now, your left arm and right leg should raise from the floor at the same time. Now switch and do the opposite. Do about 16 reps of this or more depending on how you feel.
Dumbbell Presses
By doing this exercise, your triceps, front shoulders and chest are strengthened. Dumbbells are used for this exercise. Lie on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the floor and hold your dumbbells extended above your chest and palms forward. You will feel your abs stretching as you keep your back flat to the floor. Squeeze your shoulder blades and line up your elbows with your shoulders by bending them. Then straighten arms again. Depending on how you feel, do about sixteen reps or more.
Crunches for the Stomach
This exercise focuses on strengthening the abs. Lying on your back, bend the knees to line up with your hips and line the calves to be parallel with the ground. Your hands should then go behind the head, keeping them unclasped, and the elbows should remain open. Bring the knees in and at the same time, your stomach should be straining to pull the hips off the ground. Pull up your head and shoulders from off the ground, and in the same fluid motion, your hips and knees should be coming forward. Your abs should contract as you do this, keeping your back on the floor. Determined on how your body handles it, do sixteen reps.
In a gym, you’ll find there to be different ways to do the same exercises using machines. But, you can accomplish the same thing at home by using the directions given and not straining yourself too much. Through consistent exercise, your body will become stronger and more flexible, increasing the amount of reps you do. Along with doing these exercises, doing your cardio gives you the full benefit of being in shape and physically strong.
