Most people can remember a time when they had flat stomachs and they would show it off. But over the years your belly has grown big and you hate wearing clothes that bring it into the limelight. Lift those legs- Lay on the floor and lift your legs one at a time. Place a pillow under the back for support.
Crunches – This exercise targets the stomach muscles and you can do it without any sort of equipment.
This exercise can be done without any type of equipment as long as you are motivated.
Pilates- If you have ever done pilates you know that there are a lot of exercises that target your stomach area. As these exercises primarily focus on the belly region, you will achieve a flat stomach within a short span of time.
Finally, take the time to see what works for you. This is because not every exercise needs to be done and some of them may not work for you. Take time to determine what is best for you. Be sure to stretch before you start any exercises in order to decrease injury.
