How To Effectively Lower Your Blood Pressure
Posted by: HealthyGirl / Category: Fitness and DietI’m someone who’s had to cope with raised blood pressure majority of my grown up life, and I have studied different methods of lowering it that do not need medicine. What I’ve found is that there are many techniques of reducing blood pressure that cost nothing or very less and can be done on your own without a doctor’s help.
Also, I’ve heard about considerable number of foods that, when eaten as a factor of a well balanced diet, can essentially assist in reducing blood pressure. These foods include skim milk, spinach, unsalted sunflower seeds, soybeans, potatoes, bananas, and even dark chocolate.
It is kind of a comfort to believe you can bring down your blood pressure through your diet too. One of the best things worth doing for reducing blood pressure is to exercise, and particularly, walk, often . I read one study that declared that walking daily is said to be as good as taking blood pressure medicine apropos keeping your blood pressure in order, not to mention that it will help you to keep fit, which brings me to my next point. If you are looking towards reducing your blood pressure and are fat, it is important to realise that being obese may cause someone to have raised blood pressure, and continually times the blood pressure will come down as the weight comes off. Other items which are imperative in reducing blood pressure include watching your salt intake and trying to manage your stress level.
A great thing to do if you have a very high-stress life is to do yoga or Pilates, or learn relaxation methods. One must also avoid smoking to lower blood pressure as well as drinking to excess.
