There are many ways in which we can look to build our body, our fitness and look to stay fit but these ways should be followed regularly otherwise they will not have any effect on our body. Sometime this can have even a reverse effect. We go to the gym to work out and lose weight. However, if we suddenly stop going to the gym and working out then we are most likely to gain weight. No one like a rigid regime and therefore you should make as many changes and variation in the regime as possible so that there is no boredom in the routine. Also you should show him the positive results for his exercising and also show him how much better it will get if he continues. This will keep him motivated to his workout regimen.
