<p>While measuring your waistline and weighing yourself each week will help you to determine if you&#8217;re on the right track, a workout log can help you further micromanage every aspect of your fitness routine so that you can track your progress down to every repetition.</p>
<p> Furthermore, having a journal handy will help to motivate you to reach the next level, burst through existing plateaus, and generally become fitter, stronger, and happier. </p>
<p> Whether you&#8217;re lifting weights, doing cardio, or combining both, you can create your own log or purchase one of the many training diaries available at book stores nationwide. While not free, many of these products come complete with helpful tips and motivational stories that might coerce you to work a little harder.</p>
<p>The first thing you need to decide when writing your own workout plan is whether you want to work with weights or work your cardiovascular system. <p> If you&#8217;re doing a journal for cardiovascular activity, you&#8217;ll first have to decide which kind of cardio you&#8217;re performing. For example: let&#8217;s say you chose to run that day.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ll need to make a chart similar to the weightlifting log except that you&#8217;ll require far less paper. Since you&#8217;re only recording the time and mileage of a run you can keep using the same sheet of paper for weeks.</p>
<p>Your first column should be for the date, so it doesn&#8217;t have to take up too much space. You then add two more columns for the distance and the amount of time it took you to jog.</p>
<p>If you have a caloric indicator you can even log the number of calories you burned during the run.</p>

<p>This was &#8220;professional&#8221; research: I wasn&#8217;t really reading these things.Tabloid Tales</p>
<p>The cover of the Enquirer featured images of 5&#8242; 7&#8243;, 100 pound Angelina Jolie; 5&#8242; 6&#8243;, 110 pound Anna Kournikova; and 5&#8242; 8&#8243;, 106 pound Cate Blanchett, and others.</p>
<p>Dr. Stanley Title was quoted in the article saying, &#8220;The skin and bones diet is extremely dangerous and can cause serious health implications. Literally, there are starving themselves to death.&#8221;</p>
<p>Celebrities are willing to extremes to compensate for the heavier look on camera even if it means having bones that protrude.</p>
<p>Healthy Doesn&#8217;t Mean Skinny</p>
<p>Frequently, people forget about health when they talk about weight loss.Usually goals have to do with how many pounds lower percentage body fat were a clothing size, leaving out energy levels, quality-of-life issues, nutrition, and overall health.I see something even more alarming with the skin and bones diet plans because I have tested body composition over 7000 times as a fat loss coach.</p>
<p>Body fat to Muscle Ratio</p>
