<p>Today, I have lost 30 lbs, and almost run up and down the stairs.I can walk to my car easily and my blood pressure is also good.Acid reflux is not bothering me. I am hurted by back pain but occationally .Today I will disclose that I am neither running any races nor walking any great distances a day, but I have more force than I have had in years.</p>
<p>It truly wasn’t that tough to do. I really didn’t change my diet except for cutting down my portions (still eat chocolate chip mint ice cream).I have discarded all candy or snacks and shifted low fat or no fat food in my refrigerator.I have also cut my drinking of diet drinks with caffeine just half as these changes are not of a big deal.</p>
