There are lots of stomach exercises out there which were meant to give you a great set of abs. But its not assured that all those exercises are deemed to have a great effect on our abdomen so its better to find the one and stick with the one which actually works for us. I will share my experience on getting my abs tight but no matter what the workout is, it all depends on our focus to stick with them until we reach the goal of getting great abs.
It is not necessary that Good things come in packages like an ab machine. They may look relaxing while working and easy in it operation but the best out of you can be brought out if its just “You” and your exercise routine. Crunches are one of the best stomach exercises and i don’t want to tell you more about crunches in getting great abs. The best part of doing a crunch is that they work and they’ll continue to work forever.
On another note, it is the side crunches which are more beneficial than regular crunches. Why? Because it works out the oblique. It’s a great alternative to simply sticking with regular crunches. It also gives you some variety to this sometimes boring exercise, which his good, because it keeps you motivated. Pilates are stomach exercises which most people forget to care about. The Pilate routines are considered to be the best ways to get great abs. This is because they focus on the core muscles mainly on the abdominals, strengthening them to the max. Every pilate movement is set to work directly or indirectly on the core muscle.One fantastic exercise which i perform everyday is something out of the ordinary, at least thats what i believe. Many trainers are practicing this workout as a part of their main stomach routine. Start by lying on the floor with your stomach. Stretch both your arms and legs outward and hands clasped together. Perform an action similar to doing a push up. Raise your body up and feel the burning sensation in your whole body especially on the abdomen, making it the best exercise to burn those extra calories.
Remember, although there are various stomach exercises available for us. It will not work the same for everyone. Different people exhibit difference response for the same workout. Hence it always better to incorporate difference exercises in order to cover all the basics. Trying out different routines gives a great outline as to which works the best for your abs. By choosing the best for the day and working on it daily, one is expected to show commentable results. It is also very essential to the chose the stomach exercises that works best for “you”.
