It seems hard for most people, even those trying to lose 10 pounds fast, to believe that you can ‘eat more to lose weight’. There are huge risks if you go on starvation diet that is commonly believed as the fast weight loss diet. Try a boiled egg mashed with cottage cheese or cream cheese on a stick of celery with fresh almonds. Use your creativity to come up with healthy snacks to avoid eating junk foods. Eating every two hours is helpful to your body.

Use a small plate instead when you’re home or you can always ask for the kid’s serving when you’re in a restaurant.At the start of your meal, always have a clear soup. Try to get 80% off your food taken before four o’clock. You can either do these:  drink a glass of water 10 minutes before your meal or eat a piece of dark chocolate. Both of these ideas will take the edge off your appetite.

The body’s tendency is to use the food when taken and keep it when not in use. It’s not how much you eat in a day that matters. What matters is the frequency of the meals you eat.
