Looking for the fastest way to lose weight?  Calorie cycling may be the way to go unless you want to consider the ridiculous and completely negative methods of becoming seriously ill or drug use.

Calorie cycling or calorie shifting is quickly becoming a popular weight loss method .  Calorie shifting is a simple method that involves tricking the body into maintaining a high metabolism, high burn mode even when fewer calories are eaten.  It’s been used for a long time by bodybuilders and athletes who have to make weight without losing muscle .  And it can work to shed pounds even if you don’t cut down on calories, which is even better.

    Great post! Fad diets are so last-millennium. I’ve also tried some of the boxed-food diets, and the food always tastes more like the box than like food. I’m glad we’re getting into more sensible plans that actually focus on our long-term health and fitness.
