In some cases, pills are not only ineffective but may also be dangerous to a person’s health. Ideally, regardless of how endorsed these products are, users should first consult their physicians before using the pills.

Once the diet has ended, the body is again introduced to solid foods. Using this diet, a person can easily lose pounds in a week.

Using the Liquid Method

Water is very important if you want to lose weight fast. However, it has been known that cold water makes for faster weight loss. This is because the body takes more calories to convert cold water into warm water suitable for the body. Hence, drinking up on cold water preferably every 15 minutes should be able to help you lose more pounds.

Of course, diet and exercise are still the best methods. It’s the most traditional and effective method known to man. Still, the best option all around is asking the help of a professional before undergoing any type of diet.
