You also have to account for your guilty pleasure food. It is okay to treat yourself to unhealthy food every once in a while. All you need to do is watch the quantity. Also, tell the people you’re close to that you’re trying to lose weight. Often they’ll help you with your needs and moral support is often the basis of a successful fiet.
