Rather than eliminating the foods you like the most, just eat them less frequently and in smaller amounts. You should drop the refined carbohydrates, however. These processed carbs are far from helpful when you want to slim down. It’s easy to cut them out though; just replace white rice with brown rice and white bread with whole grain.
You’ll also have to reduce your sugar intake; have sweets only in moderation and limit your alcohol intake. When you want a snack, have a glass of fresh fruit or vegetable juice or a piece of fruit instead of unhealthy snack foods. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
