The adjustable dumbbells and a simple bench take up very little room in your home. If your equipment is in your home then it is on hand to use whenever you are ready to work out. If your equipment is available at home you aren’t very likely to skip a workout than if you have to travel to the fitness center, especially if you have plans, responsibilities or need to watch the kids.
The proper workout takes 15 to 20 minutes and when done at home it is very convenient and takes very little time from your busy schedule. Whether you train at the gym or at home the workout time is the same 15 to 20 minutes, but if you train at home, the time it takes to drive to the fitness studio could be spent doing something important at your home. As part of your regular plan for weight loss I would like to suggest that you set up a small gym in your home. I personally always workout at home and it has its advantages.
