Have you been reading about detoxification foot bath health studies? My friend was shocked by what she saw.  Patients who were dipping their feet on small ceramic dishes, which are similar to those being utilized for foot spas, who start to savor more than just a re-energizing, relaxing moment, but also a adventure via the purifying effects of the process.  It’s more than just a deed of giving some TLC for your feet, naturally.  It’s also an excellent way of securing the perfect condition for your body.

The treatment is labeled as a detox foot bath.  It is very much the same as a foot spa treatment, however, a detox foot bath will cleanse the entire body – not only the feet – of unwanted toxins that have built up throughout the subject’s lifetime.

Detox foot bath is founded on the tenets of reflexology.  Reflexology, as Wikipedia would describe it, is the “practice of massaging, squeezing, or pushing on portions of the feet, or sometimes the hands and ears, with the aim of encouraging a beneficial effect on other parts of the body.”

A migraine can be cured by applying pressure on the sections at the bottom of every toe, by way of illustration.  Arthritis pain can be remedied by squeezing the outer edges of the bottom surface of the feet.  Reflexology established that every pain or suffering endured by the body can be cured, or at the very least alleviated, by applying pressure to specified portions of the feet.

What detox foot bath does is it applies pressure to particular sections on the soles of the feet so that the entire system will enjoy healthy results.  The pressure comes from the water, which is ionized so that every atom thereof will “massage” the bottom surface of the feet in a manner that is designed to detoxify the body of hazardous toxins.
