Take that mega jump to only eating whole meal or multi grain breads and pastas. Realistically, that’s the only sort that people got up until about 100 years ago, before mass production and all that made everything look and taste the same.
Avoid foods with high salt content, which is a favored additive by manufacturers. They add punches of flavor to foods, meats especially, when broiled properly during the cooking process itself the flavors will be enhanced – but if you over-cook meat, anyone would need salt to make it flavorful.
Some other fat loss tips might sound silly and are little things that don’t sound like a lot, but add up. If you go shopping, park in the back of the lot every time you can to give yourself a walk. If like me every store trip amounts to at least three shopping bags then there you have a really easy way to get in a little cardio (the walk) and some light weight training (the bags – if you lift them up and down as you walk, even though it looks weird the carrying effect works much harder for you and works off more calories for you as you do it). There are many ways to exercise more efficiently without cost, just get creative.
